Freezon ushers in a new age.

Mankind endures a terrible energy crisis, countries around the world are desperately searching for new energy sources.
As a result of deep exploration, Japanese scientists discovered a supermaterial called “Freezon” within the Earth’s core. Freezon was a clean source of energy and its output yield was hundreds of times greater than that of nuclear power.

The First Great Waruda War

Humanity achieves dramatic development through the harnessing of Freezon.

Following this, the world was reorganized into five federal states called (Macro Zones).
Each Macro Zone is managed using a huge urban computer. Metra Zone, the largest Macro Zone, was entirely managed by Nihon City’s zone computer, “Land Master”.
In the furthest reaches of space, laying deep within the great Dark Nebula, planet Waruda was also undergoing its own energy crisis.

The last of the Waruda’s Freezon resource was depleted after prolonged and reckless energy abuse. With the planet’s environment in irreversible collapse, the Waruda even begin draining energy from, and killing, their own star.
The Waruda had also been desperately probing space to search for new sources of energy, ravaging countless worlds they found.

Finally, one of the probes discovers the existence of a planet incredibly rich in Freezon. Planet Earth.
Land Master receives fragments of an emergency message sent from a planet destroyed by the Waruda army. It warns that Earth will fall under the attention of the Waruda soon.
The Diaclone Corps is formed by elite citizens from all over the world chosen to protect the Earth. In order to counter the Waruda army, which makes full use of Freezon energy, Land Master initiates the development of a force of interception mecha.
Finally, the Waruda army arrives and launches an attack to steal Earth’s Freezon Energy. Under the command of General Ingam, they are incessant. They launch one attack after another, and are engaged by the Diaclone Corps in battle.
The Diaclone Corps begins its second attack operation. In addition to the Gats Blocker and Dasher type aircraft, a powered suit is introduced. Big Powered was also deployed to the front lines as a robot operated by powered suit members.
The Waruda army strengthens its military strength considerably with the introduction the three-machine robot, Warudaros. They wage a costly guerrilla campaign on Earth.
The third attack system has been implemented. A front-line mobile robot is developed, Robot Fortress X.
The Waruda army attacks the lunar base. For the Diaclone Corps, preventing this invasion is the highest priority mission. Tactically, mankind could not afford to allow their moon to be used as staging base by a hostile enemy.
The Diaclone team develops Battle Buffalo, Double Soldier, Twin Combat, and Sky Base. The lunar guerilla activities of the Waruda Corps are dealt with by the Diaclone.
Rescue Team and Car Robot units are formed in addition to the main Diaclone army. Their distinctive feature is that they are disguised as regular Earth vehicles in order to deceive the Waruda. In times of emergency, they change to robots to respond.
After being defeated by the 3rd Attack System, the remnants of the Waruda Corps are hiding on Earth and rebuilding in secret. They launch a series of devastating guerrilla raids, and three new types of insect robots, Kabutron, Battus, and Stagcatler, have been brought into action.
The Car robot teams strengthen their combat power by completing a unit known as Battle Convoy, that also functions as a mobile base.
Due to the effectiveness of the car robots, the Diaclone squad has significantly increased its strength. It deploys Change Attacker, Jet Robot Robo, Bakuten Attack Robo, and Train Robo.
The Diaclone squads wipe out the Waruda remnant guerilla squads.

Within the Wardua hierachy, discontent with General Ingam has been growing. The Waruda are unused to defeat, and factions within the leadership appear.

A brilliant, young upstart General named Bluestar has risen in popularity.

Bluestar takes charge of large parts of the fragmented Waruda army.
General Bluestar, experienced from a successful campaign in the Andromeda nebula, employs unorthodox tactics and uses his “time hole” technology to manipulate dimensional space and force an army of dinosaurs, including Machine Dragon, to attack modern Earth.
The Diaclone team completes the Dinosaur Robot teams to counter the Waruda army, which have launched their new strategy to deadly effect.
As the battle with the Waruda Corps intensifies once again, the Diaclone Corps attempts to further strengthen, and Construction Vehicles Robo, Double Changer, and Triple Changer were developed.
A new giant robot, Powered Convoy, has been added to the Car Robots. The military strength was solidified.

The Diaclone Corps, now fully equipped, continue the fight to protect the peace of humanity and the earth’s resources against these powerful enemies.

Operation Ragnarok!

The Waruda army have occupied the moon again, and build a large, impregnable fortress in the Daedalus Crater on the far side of the moon, harvesting Freezon and transporting it home to planet Waruda to replenish it.

They aim to destroy the Earth’s entire Macro Zone by hurling giant fragments blasted and shattered from the far side of the moon, and begin a final operation to sieze all of Earth’s Freezon at once.
In order to thwart the plans of the Waruda Aliens, also known as the Waruda Corps, the Diaclone General Headquarters launches Operation “Ragnarok” as the final attack system. An all-out war between the Diaclone and the Waruda Corps breaks out. Due to the efforts of the Diaclone Powered Suit Unit and the concentrated fire of the Diaclone Attack Force, the large lunar fortress was completely destroyed.

As a result of the destruction of Great Lunar Fortress, the debris of the fortress along with a giant fireball-shaped blast of Freezon, were transferred from the moon back to the Waruda home world in a deadly feedback blast. The planet Waruda, whose energy supply was also completely cut off, suffered a catastrophic gravitational collapse as the planetary environment maintenance system went out of control, and is destroyed in a huge explosion.
After the victory in Operation Ragnarok, Waruda attacks cease. However, since the Macro Zones have not yet received any confirmation of the fact that Planet Waruda has collapsed, they will continue to study the Waruda and develop and deploy new forces in preparation for another attack for the next several years, and will remain on full alert.

The great expansion

For a long time, the Waruda were silent, and speculations were made about their fate, leading some to theorise the threat was ended. The Macrozone Federation Committee eventually declared a provisional end to the “First Defense War against Waruda” and declared “first-class alert. Release your stance”.
Macrozone Federation Committee announces the “Galactic Citizen Declaration”. We have decided to proceed with a plan to expand into outer space, with the aim of peaceful exchange and coexistence with our unseen bretheren across the galaxy.
The Diaclone Corps is reorganized and refocussed on the main mission of space patrol, planetary development, and exploration. All existing Diaclone Mecha will be disarmed and repurposed to be used peacefully as a space exploration machines.
The Diaclone Space Command Base was built on the moon to control activities in space. Facilities such as the personnel training center and spaceport begin operation.
At an altitude of 100,000 km above the Earth, construction of a giant space station CX-1 begins, which will serve as the starting point for the route to and from the solar system.
Basic development of the next-generation control system for the Diaclone Mecha (later known as Battle-Integral-Generator-AI (aka Big-AI) begins at the Diaclone Scientific Research Base on the Moon’s Selenium Zone.

With the completion of the Freezon Drive for ultra-fast space travel, travel time between planets has been reduced tremendously, and experimental space cities and construction bases have been built one after another on each planet. In addition to constructing a solar system-level zone system, we are preparing for the upcoming expansion into space.

The Second Great Waruda War

Diaclone patrol ship DF3 encounters a mysterious structure within Mars and goes missing.

From the barely transmitted data, the general command base on Mars/Mars Zone confirms that far from being gone, the Waruda are alive and well. The Waruda Corps proceed to launch a series of devastating attacks on Mars, and the entire Mars Zone is destroyed in just a few hours.
The Waruda army is revitalized by the return of their ruling class, which had been scattered across countless colony planets. They have built a new home world in an astronomically-scaled ring-shaped artificial celestial body located in the dark nebula. The Waruda corps have a new mission: To steal the Earth, including its precious Freezon energy, and make it the new planet Waruda.
The Waruda mobile fortress that had destroyed the Mars Zone moves to Earth and launched a surprise attack on the Macro Zone and central Tokyo City. The crisis is averted by the prototype team of Dia-Battles V2, the most advanced machine in the Battles series that was being developed in the Serenium Zone on the moon.
A second defense battle against Waruda begins as Waruda appear again on Mars.

After that, Waruda attacks and battles began to occur frequently throughout the Giga Zone. The Diaclone Corps mainly uses existing machines that have been re-armed, and in some cases even hunts down various prototype machines that are still under development to rebuild its structure, but its military strength as a defense force has clearly declined compared to its heyday. Adding to the fact that Waruda weapons had evolved with unknown technology that was clearly different from that used during the previous defensive battle, possibly assimilated from the many conquered worlds, the Diaclone were forced to lose ground.
In order to overcome this situation, the Diaclone Central Command and the Macro Zone Federation Committee established the Neo Attack System concept, a defense system that brings together the wisdom of all Gigazones, and hastened the recruitment and training of new Diaclone members.
The development of various state-of-the-art combat machines is proceeding at a rapid pace in all zones of the Earth and the solar system, based on the actual battle data of the Diabatus V2 prototype (Neo Attack System: Phase 1).
The Diaclone Corps and the Macro Zone Federation Committee have built a “super hotline” network of information systems centered around the Land Master, with all zone computers working together to cover the Earth’s Macro Zone and the Solar System’s Giga Zone. (Neo Attack System: Phase 2)
The Diaclone Central Command deploys a large-scale combat satellite to the intermediate space between planets in order to promptly intercept the invading Waruda that appears within the zone. Furthermore, each planet will have a multi-layered defense network divided into space, airspace, and surface areas, and will be equipped with an initial attack system using interceptors from cruise-type combat carrier bases deployed in each area. The Neo Attack System, a space-scale defense system covering the Earth’s Macro Zone and the Solar System’s Giga Zone, has been completed, with the survival of humanity, the Earth, and the universe at stake. (Neo Attack System: Phase 4)

The system construction work was carried out in a fierce environment while surviving the battle with the Waruda, and it was an extremely difficult feat that was achieved through many ups and downs and at great sacrifices.

The dawn of Dia-Battles V2

Dia-Battles V2, mass production begins. It is officially deployed to each unit as the main battle machine.
Battles V2 space maneuver type is deployed at station CX-1.
Two types of new powered suit series (offensive type and defensive type) equipped with (Powered System) have been completed.

Since then, a range of variations have been developed and deployed in sequence, including specialization types, exercise/general-purpose types, and interplanetary security forces (commonly known as Space Marines) specifications. Development of an expansion plan for the powered system has also begun.
The 6th generation Big Powered GV (GATHER-V) of the Big Powered series has been completed.

Mass production has begun in various locations as a multi-use heavy armored combat machine. A variety of operations are carried out, from large-scale integrated operations like a big powered battalion to solo operations that carry out small-scale operations. Custom combat support vehicles based on the Combat Command Vehicle/Powered 04/05 are also manufactured due to the superior operability of parts of the machines that make up the aircraft .

The arms race continues!

The Waruda army raids the Freezon mining plant in Sumatra Island in the Karps Zone, and two new types of Waruda Mobile Infantry Machines, commonly known as Waruda Suit, are confirmed. They were named “Flinger" and “Stang” respectively.
After the crushing defeat in the battle to defend Sumatra, plans to strengthen the powered suit as a countermeasure to the new Waruda suits move forward at a rapid pace.
Prototype Alpha of the Maneuver series was completed with support from the N2 Foundation, the highest research institute in cybernetics. After being put into actual combat to collect data and making adjustments, mass production of the Alpha type began. A Beta type using the maneuver system frame developed as a support aircraft has also been rolled out.
With the capture of several Waruda suits, analysis of the suit’s mechanism progresses. The attributes of the cathode/anode, the super amplification effect of the total power when multiple are combined, etc. are revealed. Based on this, a plan to counter the Waruda suit using a combination of Diaclone machines is developed, with the goal of not only suppressing Multiplies in multiple bonding states, but also completely destroying super-agglomerated states and Overdoses that exceed the suppression critical value.
The Gamma Type, an ultra-high-mobility powered suit based on the Alpha Type, and developed specifically for use against Multipliers, has been completed – and mass-produced in various locations in the zone.
A Delta type tactical aircraft powered suit equipped with variable functions has been completed as a support aircraft for the Multiprize battle. The degree of perfection and combat experience of this aircraft will determine the direction of the next generation of powered suits, and the next generation powered suit development project will begin.
Battle Buffalo MK-IV, a multi-stage tactical battle machine that will be the core of the Waruda Suit Destroyer Operation, has been completed. Although it is based on the Battle Buffalo MK-III to shorten the development period, the features are completely different from the MK-III, such as the installation of a multi-cooperative attack system that works with powered suit units and various weapons for anti-Waruda suits. In addition, the machine characteristics have high potential not only as an anti-Waruda suit machine but also as a rescue machine, so this customized model has been adopted as the main rescue machine of the Giga Zone security force etc.
A group of small-sized Waruda class fighting machines that are appearing more frequently are called (Waruda Raider). They look similar to a raptor or an insect, although there are many variations, and the Diaclone Corps is forced to adapt to attacks from an enemy using a more complex separation and connection system that differs from the Waruda Suit.
Powered Suit F Type was introduced in the battle against Jupiter, Jupiter Zone, and Ganymede. A new custom machine with modular expansion units, the Cross Scepter and Rapid Loader, are used to overcome battle situations.
The Sky Jacket System, a mobility-enhancing unit exclusively for maneuver aircraft that has the combat power to defeat a single Waruda suit or a small-scale Multiprise ∞, has been completed and will be deployed throughout the zone. An assault attack team was also formed with the core of the Alpha Spartan type maneuver aircraft, which was optimized for interlocking with the Sky Jacket, which was being developed at the same time, and achieved many successes.
The Destructor Cannon, a super-heavy particle reaction weapon capable of destroying even the super agglomerates of Waruda Mechs that have reached an overdose level, has been completed. There have been many incidents in which observation bases on the outskirts of the Giga Zone have been destroyed by “giant-like Waruda Raider”. In order to further improve the complete domination rate of the Waruda Destroyer Squadron, we have begun introducing the newly developed powered suit Epsilon, which specializes in destructive firepower attacks. A prototype of the compatible multi-purpose combat system (VERS) is completed at the Diaclone Scientific Research Base on the moon. For the first time since the start of the Second Defense War against Waruda, a Warudaros-type battle mecha appears within the Macro Zone. It is one of the largest sized Warudaros identified to date, and is called the (Gigantor) type.

The Diaclone squads begins a counterattack against this new enemy machine which has tremendous power that far exceeds the previous Super Conglomerate Waruda Mecha.
The Waruda sub-air assault attack continues, with Warudaros Gigantor as the main force. Due to the Waruda large-scale attacks of dropping moon fragments throughout the Zone, invasions are more frequent in ruined and abandoned frontier areas than in urban areas protected by strong defense systems, making it impossible to predict or intercept them in time. There is no end to the cases.
The third generation PS (V Mover), which was being tested in the next generation powered suit development project, has been completed. By incorporating this into the Riser series of the Triverse series enhancement plan, the (VERS) system will be able to be used for even more purposes. Versriser No. 1 , which aims to strengthen air mobility, is rolled out.
A super-high-mobility Warudaros type humanoid combat mecha is seen among the Waruda suits and Raider groups. It is called Warudaros (Soldier Type) because it acts within a formation made of multiple machines and unleashes agile melee attacks. Soldier Type destroys the Triverse team’s attack against the Gigantor formations. It seems that the Soldier Type was introduced for the purpose of protecting the less mobile Gigantor.
Unlike the Dasher, Jetter, and Digger, which were developed at the Diaclone scientific research base on the moon, the new Triverse machine (Tri Rambler) was developed at a rapid pace by the Metrazone research facility as "a Soldier Type” canceller. As the need for ultra-high-speed combat maneuvers increased, testing of a custom aircraft equipped with a hyper-accelerator-type Freezon engine began at the same time.
The Versriser 2, which has the ability to fire multiple units and produce destructive firepower equivalent to the Big Powered GV , has been completed. Large-scale manufacturing will begin in various parts of the zone.
Due to the increasing number of (Soldier Type) units within Waruda sub-air assault attack formations, the “VERS” system development project temporarily put on hold the plan to strengthen the space mobility of Unit 3, and moved to the research and prototyping stage. Priority will be given to the completion of the exoskeleton-type combat mobility enhancement unit for Triverse machines.
Versriser No. 3, which aims to strengthen combat mobility, has been completed. The fighting maneuverability of the Triverse machine has improved dramatically, reaching a level where it can compete with the amplified super attacks of Warudaros (Soldier Type) due to its anode/cathode attributes.
Due to its characteristics, Unit 3 attracted the attention of organizations other than the Diaclone Corps, such as the Gigazone Planetary Development Corps and Cosmo Marines, and was deployed in various places as a special operations heavy machine .
The Tri Dasher has been completed, incorporating various cutting-edge functions installed in the custom Tri Rambler machine . Production of Triverse models called the series the (D-Caliber) series, which are equipped with similar functions, will also begin.
Diaclone General Headquarters launches a plan for the mobile defense system in response to Waruda sub-air assault attack that evades Macro Zone’s multiple defense network and unleashes its fury.
